Admission
All Section admission procedures are mentioned as below.
We welcomes you for any query regarding to the admission.
Pre-primary section (Gujarati Medium)
The child with the age of 2.5 years can take admission in Nursery. Admission form to be submitted before April.
Documents required at the time of admission
1. Original Birth certificate with photo copy.
2. Three latest passport size photograph.
3. School Leaving Certificate in case of joining from other school.
Primary /Secondary(Guj & Eng Med)
Admission form to be submitted before April.
Documents required at the time of admission
1. Progress Report card and official academic record of the last examination passed.
2. Original birth certificate with one photo copy.
3. Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
4. T.C. of student from outside Gujarat to be counter signed by D.E.O of the district of Transferring state.
5. The Students of Senior K.G. are upgraded to standard first and if seats are available, admission will be given according to the merit.
Pre-primary section (English Medium)
The child with the age 3.5 years can take admission in Nursery. Admission form to be submitted before February.
Documents required at the time of admission
1. Original Birth certificate with photo copy
2. Three latest passport size photograph
3. School Leaving Certificate in case of joining from other school.
Higher Secondary(Guj & Eng Med)
In Higher Secondary section, admissions are given according to rules and regulations and guidelines issued by District Education Officer (DEO). One has to fill up admission form within 10 days after the declaration of Board Result.
Documents required at the time of admission
1. Original Leaving Certificate with photo copy
2. Photo copy of S.S.C. Marksheet
3. Photo copy of Trial Certificate.
4. Photo copy of Caste Certificate (in case to take admission on reserved category)
Rules and Regulations
1. Admission and withdrawal
- No child can be admitted to the institution until the Principal meets the parents or guardian who will be responsible for the conduct, studies and fees of the child.
- No School Leaving Certificate will be issued without a written application from the parents or the guardian.
- L.C. will be issued after seven days from the receipt of an application
- School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after the payment of all dues.
2. Leave and Absence
- No child will be granted leave without permission of the Principal.
- In case of illness or any unavoidable circumstances where previous permission could not be obtained, then an application signed by Parents or Guardian assigning valid reason for the student’s absence must be produced immediately on joining the school.
- Leave for genuine reason will be permitted only with prior permission.
3. General Conduct
- Parents’ are not permitted in school without Parents’ I-card.
- Students have to wear uniform as per the school pattern which must be neat & clean, and ironed.
- Change in residence should be informed to the office immediately. The institution will not be responsible for any difficulty that arises because of the lack of this information.
- Absenting without prior permission or irregular attendance will be sufficient reasons to remove student from school.
- Teachers cannot be disturbed during school hours by parents/guardian without the permission of the Principal.
4. School Fees
- Fees must be paid before 15th date of every month. Late Fees of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged after 15th of every month.
- Fees must be paid at BANK OF BARODA, INOX BRANCH, ZADESHWAR ROAD, BHARUCH during the bank timings.
